As an IT Specialist at CHEQ you will:

• Provide end-user technical support, manage core systems and network
• Handle the day-to-day IT operations, from hardware setups to account troubleshooting, and provide best-in-class client-side support
• Gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of IT functions, including support for Mac and PC hardware, software applications, and operating systems.
• Be responsible for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless IT performance.

To become an IT Specialist at CHEQ, you will need to have:

• 2+ years experience in an IT support role
• Experience in supporting MacOS & Windows operating systems - a must
• Experience with Google Workspace, Office 365
• Experience with IAM environments (JumpCloud, OKTA, OneLogin)
• Experience with MDM / IAM systems
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, and DHCP - a plus
• Knowledge of Scripting - and automation tools - a plus
• Knowledge of cloud computing - a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Full-time on-site presence in our Tel Aviv office (5 days a week) is required.
