Alex Schutte has over 15 years of B2B marketing experience. As Sr. Director of Demand Gen at Paycor, he leads multi-channel marketing strategies that drive demand and increase revenue. Over his 8 years, he has transformed Paycor’s demand generation efforts to be digital-first and helped grow his team’s revenue contribution by 682% over his tenure. Alex has been instrumental in Paycor’s growth from founder-led and privately owned, to private equity backed, and going public in 2021.
When he’s not planning his next marketing strategy, you can catch him putting his certification as a “Bourbon Steward” to the test or giving back to the community. Alex serves on multiple non-profit and community boards, and in 2020 was awarded the Forty Under 40 honor by the Cincinnati Business Courier. However, his favorite passion is striving to be the best Girl Dad he can be.
